SHIPPING
For orders to international destinations, customers will be the importer of record in the destination country. Your order may be subject to customs charges or fees imposed by your local customs authority, and payment of these will be necessary to release your items from customs on arrival. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount or offer a refund for them.
RETURNS
We hope you’ll be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so within 28 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@roserdesign.com with your reason for the return. We’ll help arrange the collection and send you a return label. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
